1. Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective items.
You can request for exchange within 2 days of delivery.
The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 days.
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof of the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the product is defective, damaged, or unavailable for replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
